China's Sina Weibo platform on Monday announced the suspension of several user accounts for posting sarcastic and maliciously repetitive content targeting patriotic-themed films.

According to an official Weibo statement, accounts including @JinxiPlus, @XinyouShannianTuzhongBianyouTianshi, @HaoGuozhongZatan, and @LimingPinglun were found to have spread harmful, copy-pasted remarks with ironic undertones, aimed at mocking and discrediting patriotic films. These actions were deemed in violation of laws, regulations, and community guidelines, and the accounts have since been muted.

The platform also reminded users that patriotism is a fundamental responsibility and duty of every citizen, and a moral foundation for personal virtue and achievement.
